What You Need
- A Google account that owns or manages the Business Profile
- The business added under Local rankings

Start the Connection
Account › Connections › Google Business Profile
In Searvia open Connections › Google Business Profile and click Connect with Google. Allow access to manage your Business Profile.

Link the Business
Local › Local rankings › your business
Businesses whose Google Maps place matches a profile are linked automatically. Otherwise open the business under Local rankings and choose the profile under Google Business Profile.

Reply and Post
Reviews now come from your profile. Publish or delete replies from Searvia, and create, schedule, update or delete posts under Posts.

Official reviews, replies published in one click and planned posts on your profile.
Troubleshooting and Questions
- Google says Business Profile access is not open yet
- Google opens the Business Profile API to each app after a review. Until it does, reviews keep coming from Google Maps and you can copy replies to your profile.
- Does Searvia change my profile details?
- No. Searvia only shows the changes Google suggests next to your current details; accept or reject them in your Business Profile.
