Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, and within 14 days of buying a credit pack you have not used. After that, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Where consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

Cancelling

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Cancel in Usage & billing in your account. After the paid period the account moves to the free plan and keeps its data.

How to ask for a refund

To ask for a refund, write to [email protected]. For purchases in US dollars you can also contact Paddle through the link on your receipt.

Purchases in US dollars are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these orders: it handles billing, sales tax, invoices and refund requests. Purchases in Turkish lira are processed by iyzico.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
