Import and export keywords (CSV, Astro)
Move your keyword list from Astro or a spreadsheet into Searvia, and export rankings and history to CSV.
About 2 minutes
What You Need
- A project and free keyword slots on your plan
- 1
Prepare the File
Use Astro’s Export Keywords file or any CSV with a Keyword column. Country, language, rank, notes and a date are read when present; column order and letter case do not matter, and commas or semicolons both work.
- 2
Import
Project › Keywords › CSV
On the Keywords tab click CSV › Import CSV (Searvia or Astro) and choose the file.
- 3
Check the Result
Imported keywords keep their notes, and the last rank from the file is saved as one history point. Searvia then checks each keyword right away.
- 4
Export
CSV › Export keywords gives the current rank, best rank, 7-day change, popularity, difficulty and notes. Export rank history gives every check day by day.
What You Get
Your history starts where your old tool stopped, and your data can leave whenever you want.
Troubleshooting and Questions
- The import says no keywords were found
- The file needs a column named Keyword (Term, Query and Search term also work). Save it as CSV and try again.
