Analyse a Lead, Send a Priced Proposal and Email It
Searvia audits the lead’s website, finds the business contacts published on it, writes a proposal priced from your own services and a cold email with two follow-ups, and sends them from your mailbox after you approve.
About 6 minutes
What You Need
- Credits: 2 per analysis, 5 per proposal, 3 per email sequence
- Your own mailbox for sending (from Starter)
- 1
Set up Once
Local › Prospects › Settings
Open Prospects › Settings. Add your services with prices, your name, company and postal address (shown in every email), your sending hours and follow-up days. Connect your mailbox with SMTP and IMAP; for Gmail or Outlook use an app password.
- 2
Analyse a Lead
Open a lead and click Analyse. Searvia runs a 38-check website audit, reads the public contact page for an email and phone, and lists each need with the measured evidence: a missing title, a slow site, few reviews, an old app update.
- 3
Write the Proposal
Click Write a proposal. It picks only services from your catalog, explains the problem, the evidence and the fix, and adds your prices. Edit anything, then open the proposal page your lead will see.
- 4
Draft and Approve the Emails
Click Write emails for a first email and two short follow-ups. Read the exact text the lead will receive, edit it and click Approve and send. Searvia sends from your mailbox within your sending hours, a few at a time, and stops as soon as the lead replies.
- 5
Follow the Pipeline
Leads move through New, Analysed, Proposal ready, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won or Lost. You get notified when a lead opens the proposal, replies or accepts. Switch between the list and the board, add notes and a next step.
What You Get
From a list of businesses to sent, personal proposals and a pipeline that updates itself.
- Every email shows who sent it and has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses are never emailed again.
- Searvia only uses business emails published on the lead’s own website; it never guesses addresses.
- Replies are detected over IMAP; automatic out-of-office replies do not stop the sequence.
