Set up notifications

One summary every morning by email, Telegram, Slack or webhook: ranking changes, store changes, negative reviews and Google Maps reviews.

    Add a channel

    Settings › Notifications

    Open Settings › Notifications › Add channel and pick the type.

    Email

    Enter any address. Each address can receive the summary; add one channel per person.

    Telegram

    Add the channel, then open the link that appears and tap Start in Telegram. The summary then arrives in that chat.

    Slack

    In Slack, add the Incoming Webhooks app to a channel, copy its URL and paste it into Searvia.

    Webhook

    Enter your endpoint (Zapier, Make, n8n or your own). Copy the signing secret: each request carries X-Searvia-Signature, the SHA-256 HMAC of the body.

    Choose events and test

    Pick the events you want and click Send test to check that it arrives.

What you get

Every morning at 07:00 you get one short summary with links to the right page.
