What You Need

  • Connected profiles that allowed comment access

    Open Comments

    Social Media › Comments

    New comments on posts from the last 14 days arrive every 15 minutes; click Refresh to fetch them now. Filter by profile, unread or not answered, and sort by likes or replies.

    Reply

    Click Reply, write your answer and post it as the profile. Replies you post in the network’s own app also mark the comment answered.

    Let AI Draft

    Click Draft with AI for one comment or select several and click Draft replies (1 credit each). Searvia also tags each comment as a question, complaint, praise or spam. Drafts follow the brand voice of the linked project and your earlier replies.

    Like or Hide

    Like a comment as your Facebook Page, or hide spam on Instagram, Facebook and Threads.

What You Get
