Plan and Publish Posts to Every Network
Write once, adjust it per network, check each network’s rules and publish now or at your best time on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Threads.

What You Need
- Connected Profiles That Allowed Posting
- Scheduled posts on your plan (from Starter)

Start a Post
Social Media › Planner
Open Planner and click New post, or the + on a day in the calendar. Choose the profiles to post to.

Write and Add Media
Write the text and add images or videos (large videos upload in parts). Click Write with AI for a version per network built from your best posts and proven hashtags, with three other first lines (3 credits).

Adjust per Network
Pick the Instagram format (post, carousel, Reel or story), the YouTube title and visibility, who can watch on TikTok, a first comment or a different text for a network. Searvia checks length, hashtags, media count, aspect ratio and video length for each network as you type.

Publish or Schedule
Publish now, save a draft or schedule. The best-time chips come from when your own posts got the most interactions, and skip times you already have a post.

Follow the Result
The calendar shows each post per network with a link when it is live; failures say why and can be retried. Published posts get their views and interactions with the nightly sync. Posts you made outside Searvia appear in grey.
What You Get
One calendar for every network, with posts that pass each network’s rules the first time.
- TikTok: apps that TikTok has not audited yet can only post privately (Only me). Send to TikTok drafts to finish a post in the app.
- Profiles connected before posting was added need to be connected again once to allow posting.
- You are notified when a post fails if Social posts is on in Notifications.
